The end of 2009 is almost here! The challenges we have encountered during this year was retrenchments, short time worked, budget cuts and no placements.
This has been an emotional year for both employers and employees, the work load increased as employees took on extra responsibilities. Training has been the key factor during 2009, whereby employees required up skilling. Thank goodness for the skills development plans!
As the year is drawing to a close, the recruitment needs of companies are starting to increase, due to the economy showing signs of revival. Dynamix Learning Solutions offers our clients and potential client’s customised solutions which include learning solutions and recruitment and selection. Our recruitment database includes delegates that have attended our internationally certified training.
On receipt of a job spec from a client we search against our internal database to find possible delegates that match the skills set requirement. Dynamix will interview and screen each delegate and will then forward a shortlist of suitable candidates for consideration.
APSO Accreditation
Our Recruitment Division is fully APSO accredited which means that we must adhere to a strict industry code of conduct. The advantages to the client for using an accredited provider are as follows:

- Be registered with the Department of Labour
- Operate professionally have offices and structures the meet APSO minimum standards; and
- Adhere to the APSO Code of Ethics
