Client Service Consultants

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Leading asset Management Company seeks incumbents to execute an elevated level of service to all Retail clients, which includes direct clients, financial advisers and senior executives with confidence & maturity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

	Matric / Grade 12
	Relevant Finance degree (university degree) or in process of completing a financial degree
	Min 6 months contact centre or client services experience
	Have excellent verbal and written communications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

	To telephonically service clients and Financial Advisers with regard to new business, switches, redemptions, deceased estates, transfers and queries for all: Domestic Unit Trusts Offshore Mutual Funds Individual Retirement Products Endowment products
	Ensuring an excellent quality of service is given to clients and Financial Advisers at all times
	Completing administrative and repetitive tasks in keeping accurate, detailed stats of all queries and correspondence
	Online accounts verification and activation
	Identifying and proposing solutions to process and service related failures
	Build and establish relationships at all levels with internal departments, so as to ensure that timeous resolutions are found to any problems that might arise
	To supply marketing material via various Media forms to all interested parties
	To service clients via written correspondence
	To provide support to the correspondence and walk-in-centre teams as and when required
	Database updates and information maintenance

	Computer Literate
