Consultants (Bedfordview)


Our client seeks incumbents to fill the following positions, based in Bedfordview.

Microsoft Dynamics Consultants (JNR to SNR levels open)
Experience needed : Microsoft GP, CRM, AX

 
Level 1 – Junior Consultant

The Junior Consultant is and entry-level consulting position. Individuals who have recently finished their ERP certification training period are candidates for this position. They would typically not have any business or system implementation experience. Some accounting principles and sql exposure.

Junior Consultants need to display basic communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities and sound problem solving and analytical skills. They must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work in a team. They will be mentored by either a Consultant or a Senior Consultant.

Responsibilities include documentation, administration and specific tasks as assigned by mentors.

Level 2 – Consultant

A Consultant must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as indicated in the pre-requisites below and also have their own means of transport.

1 Years practical experience must have been obtained while working on an implementation project or support centre where they participated as team members under mentorship of a Senior Consultant or Team Leader.

Consultants need to show initiative in work, have good customer relationships and be self-driven to improve their own skills.
Responsibilities include preparation and contribution to process design, testing scenarios and end user documentation.

Pre-requisites:

  1. 2-3 Years experience using Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) or similar ERP products
  2. Certified in MBS Installation & Configuration and Financials
  3. Certified in intermediate accounting principles
  4. 1 Year practical experience relevant to the above mentioned certifications
  5. Familiar with the MBS implementation methodologies or similar

Level 3 – Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant must have a minimum of 5 years implementation experienced obtained at a customer/s site where they participated as team members under mentorship of a Team Leader.

Senior Consultants must have a good understanding of business processes and must be able to advise on best practices in the application of Information Technology.

Senior Consultants must be able to prepare the design of the solution, facilitate JAD sessions and demonstrate functionality to clients. They should establish relationships with client personnel and deliver timely and high quality consulting.

Senior Consultants must be able to mentor Junior Consultants and Consultants on projects as well as during formal and informal office based training.

Pre-requisites

  1. Bachelor-level University degree, preferable a B.Sc., B.IT, B.Com or a minimum of 6-7 years working experience in addition to the prerequisite experience below
  2. Certified MBS Master
  3. 4 Years consulting experience relevant to each functional area certification
  4. Practical project management experience
  5. Very familiar with the MBS implementation methodologies or similar

Level 4 – Team Leader

This level is a key role on the project team and performs the role of Team Leader.
Team Leaders are expected to invest time into the professional development of other consultants and the successful delivery of implementation projects. They act as a role model through their dedication to client service and problem solving.

They must ensure that all project tasks continue to address the needs of the client and fit within the overall scope of the project and are completed on time in budget.

Team Leaders continuously drive to further improve and extend their own skills and will be encouraged to attend similar supplier technology and business conferences.

Pre-requisites

  1. Bachelor-level University degree, preferable a B.Sc., B.IT, B.Com or a minimum of 6-7 years working experience in addition to the prerequisite experience below
  2. Certified MBS Master
  3. 5-6 Years consulting experience relevant to each functional area certification
  4. 2-3 Years practical project management experience
  5. Exposure to at least 5 different projects and 3 industry sectors
  6. Fluent in the MBS implementation methodologies or similar
  7. Committed to the growth of the company
