Attend our 4 day free sales training programme which is mapped to Services SETA’s NQF Level 5, “Close a Deal with a Customer.” Successful candidates will be offered a full time position at our Tygervalley or Cape Town offices as an Account Executive, managing current accounts and establishing new clients through our innovative strategies.
About the Position
Our Account Executives rule! They are friendly, smart, well trained and receive strong support from all our departments and resident Sales Managers. Your job is to work well within your team and deliver the best service possible. Aside from typical client visits as required, majority of your work is completed from the office and are therefore considered in-house sales.
Our entire process is designed and setup to support your role and develop your accounts into big revenue spinners. There are exciting bonuses and awards to achieve each month in addition to a high commission structure. You will work with our customised computer based Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database to help you build your potential.
You will also have the opportunity to attend courses that we conduct for our clients, free of charge and can therefore develop your personal skills tremendously.
About the Ideal person
No chancers need apply. Only people who consider themselves Champions with high levels of commitment, integrity and outstanding attitude will be considered for these positions:
- Hungry for high earnings and take home in excess of R40 000pm – Not a job for those who only want to earn a basic and don’t want to reach for the stars!
- Minimum of 4 years working experience – you need work ethic and experience to be able to deal with the corporate market!
- Good communication skills both written and verbal – specifically in English and an advantage if in Afrikaans and other official languages!
- The ability to learn fast – if you are new to the IT world there will be a lot to learn and this is ongoing to keep you at the top of your game!
- The ability to work as a team member – nothing is more important to us than a conducive working environment with positive people!
- A burning desire to be in a strong well supported sales environment – write your own large pay check!
- Consistent and well organised – strong sales people grow because they are consistent and know where they are going and how they are going to get there with a plan!
- Expect to start your training programme in early February 2010 after interviews have been concluded.
