Sales Position available for Dynamix School Leavers Academy
Help to mould young minds into productive, career orientated individuals
About the Position
We are looking to extend our reach into the school leavers market and have established an Academy offering certification programmes in IT, Business, Gaming and Animation Development. The graduates will learn how to develop games for all the main gaming consoles like Xbox and Playstation, as well as become part of the world of 3D animation.
About the Ideal person
No chancers need apply. Only people who consider themselves Champions with high levels of commitment, integrity and outstanding attitude will be considered for this position. It would be ideal if you have worked within the school/education arena:
- Hungry for high earnings – work on a basic with a lucrative commission structure in place Minimum of 4 years working experience – you need work ethic and experience to be able to deal with this market effectively!
- Good communication skills both written and verbal – specifically in English and an advantage if in Afrikaans and other official languages!
- Above average presentation skills – you will need to do presentations directly to students and teachers alike using audio and visual aids
- Above average computer literacy – you will need to prepare exciting, innovative presentations as well as have high organisational skills to plan, implement and drive your programme
- The ability to learn fast – if you are new to the IT world there will be a lot to learn and this is ongoing to keep you at the top of your game!
- The ability to work as a team member – nothing is more important to us than a conducive working environment with positive people!
- Consistent and well organised – strong sales people grow because they are consistent and know where they are going and how they are going to get there with a plan!
