National Retailer seeks incumbent to be a self starter. This position is responsible for liaising with all relevant parties concerning incoming merchandise and to control and report on all administrative duties related to the business.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Capturing, preparing and updting of all suppliers invoices and estimated cost prices on relevant spreadsheets;
Stock reporting and analysis thereof, including damages;
- Track and monitor all stock inclduing marketing from origin to final destination;
Liaise and advise the warehouse of all expected deliviries prior to delivery as well attend all meetings as required
Assist Accounts department with all stock related queries
Education and Experience:
- Matric with a BCOM degree (pref)
- Advandced in Excel (inherent requirement)
- Min 2 years working experience
