National Retailer seeks incumbent to be a self starter. This position is responsible for liaising with all relevant parties concerning incoming merchandise,to control and report on all administrative duties related to the business.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Capturing, preparing and updating of all suppliers invoices and estimated cost prices on relevant spreadsheets;
- Stock reporting and analysis thereof, including damages;
- Track and monitor all stock inclduing marketing from origin to final destination;
- Liaise and advise the warehouse of all expected deliviries prior to delivery as well as attend all meetings as required;
- Assist Accounts department with all stock related queries

- Education and Experience:
- Matric essential
- BCOM degree completed (preferable)
- Advanced Excel (REQUIREMENT)
- Min 2 years experience with similar experience
