Learnerships
Learnerships are new paraprofessional and vocational education training programmes. The first stage begins with structured theoretical learning which is conducted at Dynamix’ authorised ISETT premises to deliver the best training available to meet the unit standards required. The second stage with the employer provides an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience. Together they culminate in an occupational qualification that is registered by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and must be at least 120 credits. The Learnership must be registered with the Director-General Department of Labour in the form of a Learnership agreement. |
